We answered an ad on radio for central AC form a large company. The salesman came over and it was apparent he wanted a decision that day to get discounts and 0% financing. I went to Angie’s List and found Ideal Temp. I called Paul and made an apt to discuss job. Paul was prompt and well informed and didn’t try to oversell the job. His quote was so reasonable and we felt comfortable with him and his electrician we committed to the job that day. I called several A/C companies DESPERATE for repair of old 25 yr system and one company came out and basically blew the old system — needed replaced anyway — but that invalided the home warranty. Then they told me it would be $6K to replace it. I called other places — no estimate for weeks not to mention service or install. I called Ideal Temp last Friday evening — he was here first thing Monday morning and by NOON the same day — I have a new York A/C system, new lines and all old equipment removed for $2,700! The a/c is blowing cool air (FINALLY) as we speak! I could NOT be more HAPPY with IDEAL TEMP, Paul, and John for the service, professionalism, expertise, timeliness and all in all EXCELLENT SERVICE and EXPERIENCE.
